These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Turbo6D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at turbo6d.cam, including but not limited to online sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, and any associated promotional or loyalty programmes.

Turbo6D is operated by an entity incorporated and licensed under an internationally recognised offshore jurisdiction. The Platform provides online sports betting and casino services to eligible users globally, including users accessing from Malaysia. Users in Malaysia are entirely responsible for understanding and complying with Malaysian law as it relates to their participation in online gambling activities.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. They apply to all access and use of the Turbo6D platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application made available by Turbo6D. By proceeding beyond the registration page, you confirm acceptance of these Terms in full.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on Turbo6D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the date of registration and at all subsequent times of use.
2. You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity or as an agent for a third party.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where your participation would constitute a criminal offence.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of such persons, connected to Turbo6D or any of its affiliated companies, service providers, or software partners.
6. You must not have had a previous Turbo6D account closed for cause, including but not limited to fraudulent conduct, violation of these Terms, or confirmed underage access.
7. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on Turbo6D at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Turbo6D will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

All account transactions, bets placed, and actions taken using your credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately via live chat or email.

As part of our obligations under international licensing standards, all Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. Turbo6D reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including prior to the first withdrawal and at any subsequent time where there is reasonable cause to do so.

Standard KYC documents required include:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence — front and back.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three months, clearly showing your full name and address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your government-issued identity document alongside your face.
• Source of Funds: Where required by our compliance team, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of deposited funds.

All submitted documents are reviewed within 24-48 hours. Documents that are illegible, expired, or inconsistent with the information held on your account will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit. Turbo6D will not process withdrawals on accounts with outstanding KYC requirements.

Turbo6D supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit per transaction: RM30,000, subject to your current VIP tier limits.
• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited will be credited to your account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. No foreign currency conversion fees apply to MYR deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Turbo6D reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests until all outstanding verification requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guaranteed: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5-15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15-60 minutes. These estimates may be affected by banking system maintenance, public holidays, or compliance reviews.
• Turbo6D reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests where the amount, frequency, or pattern of a transaction triggers compliance review obligations.
• Where a bonus has been credited to an account, all wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be satisfied in full before the relevant funds may be withdrawn.

Turbo6D may from time to time offer Users promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the account holder for whom they are intended. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full prior to any bonus-derived winnings being eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Turbo6D reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a User, existing wagering requirements will be honoured.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once, exploiting mathematical errors in bonus terms, or wagering in patterns designed to manipulate bonus mechanics with minimal risk, will result in immediate forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Birthday Bonus: Credited to eligible accounts on the registered date of birth. Requires a minimum 30-day account history and completed KYC. Bonus tiers: Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688. Full wagering conditions apply.
• Referral Programme: A reward of MYR 38 is payable per successful referral upon the referred friend's registration and qualifying deposit. Self-referrals are prohibited. No referral cap applies. Rewards are subject to standard wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the Turbo6D platform are subject to the specific event rules, market rules, and general betting conditions set out by Turbo6D from time to time. Users are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. Confirmed bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the User unless an explicit cash-out feature is available and the User exercises it prior to the applicable cut-off time.
• All quoted odds are correct at the time of display but may change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation constitute the agreed odds for the bet.
• Turbo6D reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bet was placed based on information that was not publicly available, or where the integrity of the relevant market has been compromised.
• Turbo6D reserves the right to impose individual betting limits, maximum payout limits, or to restrict access to specific markets at any time, without requirement to provide reasons.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise does not complete, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• In the event of a manifest technical error resulting in an incorrect price or settlement, Turbo6D reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct price or void it entirely, at Turbo6D's sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Turbo6D platform. Turbo6D reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal referral, in response to any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account to place bets or access services.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage in betting, including but not limited to arbitrage strategies that exploit pricing errors.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where such access constitutes a criminal offence.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security infrastructure, including through hacking, phishing, or denial-of-service methods.
• Using the Platform if you are a self-excluded user, or if you know that you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a person who is subject to a self-exclusion order.

All content on the Turbo6D platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Turbo6D or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Turbo6D name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary marks of the Platform operator.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, republication, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of Turbo6D.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo6D, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, Turbo6D is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from the outcome of any bet or wager.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or delays in processing bets or transactions caused by circumstances beyond Turbo6D's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds or markets that Turbo6D exercises its right to correct or void in accordance with Section 8.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Turbo6D's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Turbo6D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe betting environment. We recognise that for a small number of users, gambling may develop into a problematic behaviour, and we take steps to identify and assist at-risk users.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, access and deposits are blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily (6 months to 5 years) close your account via a request to our support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the nominated period.

Turbo6D is a platform for adults aged 21 and above only. We strictly prohibit underage gambling and will close any account where evidence of underage access is identified.

Turbo6D reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User's account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Continued operation of the account would expose Turbo6D to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed for cause, Turbo6D reserves the right to retain any account balance pending investigation. Any balance not subject to a compliance hold will be returned to the User via their last-used payment method following resolution.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 3-5 business days. Any confirmed account balance at the time of closure will be returned following standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turbo6D holds its international licence. Users agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Where a dispute arises between Turbo6D and a User, we strongly encourage direct resolution in the first instance by contacting our customer support team. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.

Nothing in this Section limits the application of mandatory consumer protection laws in the User's country of residence where such laws cannot lawfully be waived by agreement.

Turbo6D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Turbo6D will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email notification or an in-platform alert prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Turbo6D platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
