Safe Play at Turbo6D
Gambling should be entertaining — never harmful. Turbo6D is committed to giving every Malaysian player the tools, knowledge, and support to stay in control. If you or someone you know needs help, this page is a starting point.
Our Commitment
Turbo6D was built for Malaysian players who love sports and the thrill of a well-placed bet. Whether you're following Liga Super Malaysia, watching an EPL fixture late at night in Kuala Lumpur, or tracking a UFC main event from Penang — betting should add to the experience, not take over your life.
We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can develop into something more serious. Problem gambling is a recognised condition that can affect anyone, regardless of income, background, or experience. It tends to develop gradually, and many people affected do not realise the extent of the problem until it has already impacted their finances, relationships, and wellbeing.
Our responsible gambling programme exists because we believe operators have a genuine duty of care to their players — not just a compliance obligation. Every tool on this page is real, functional, and available to every Turbo6D account holder at no cost. There are no cooling-off periods before you can activate a limit, and self-exclusion requests are processed by a human member of our team the same day they are received.
Our baseline commitment: Turbo6D strictly enforces a 21+ age requirement, provides free deposit limit controls to all users, offers immediate cooling-off and self-exclusion on request, and trains our support team to identify and respond to signs of problem gambling.
Turbo6D is strictly for
Players aged 21 and above only.
Age verification is required before withdrawals are enabled.

Account Controls
Every tool below is available to all Turbo6D users at no cost, directly from your Account Settings dashboard. No application process, no waiting period for limit reductions.
Set a maximum deposit cap on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis directly from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing streak.
Set a maximum session duration. Once your limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the Platform. You can configure session limits from 30 minutes to 4 hours per sitting, regardless of your device or access method.
Need a short break? A cooling-off period blocks account access and deposits for a fixed period of your choice — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account balance remains intact and resumes access at the end of the nominated period.
Request a temporary (6 months to 5 years) or permanent self-exclusion via our support team. Once activated, access, deposits, and withdrawals are blocked for the entire period — this cannot be reversed before expiry. Contact support via live chat to request self-exclusion immediately.
Access a full history of your deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, and net outcomes at any time from your account. Reviewing your actual activity — rather than relying on memory — is one of the most effective ways to maintain an honest picture of your gambling habits.
Opt out of all promotional communications — bonus offers, event reminders, and campaign emails — at any time from your account preferences. For users who feel that marketing messages contribute to impulsive betting, this is an immediate and effective circuit-breaker.
Recognise the Signs
Problem gambling often develops gradually. Being aware of the warning signs — in yourself or someone close to you — can make a significant difference in getting help early.
Chasing losses — placing larger bets after a loss to try to win the money back, often leading to larger losses.
Betting beyond your means — wagering money you cannot afford to lose, including using savings, bills money, or borrowed funds.
Hiding gambling activity — being secretive about betting habits, hiding bank statements, or lying to family about how much time or money is spent.
Mood dependent on outcomes — feeling unusually distressed, irritable, or anxious when not gambling; or when a bet does not go your way.
Unable to stop — repeatedly trying to reduce or stop gambling without success, even when you want to.
Neglecting responsibilities — gambling is affecting your work, studies, family commitments, or relationships in a way you cannot easily explain.
Borrowing or selling to fund betting — taking loans, selling possessions, or asking others for money in order to continue gambling.
Self-Assessment
Honestly answering these questions — even privately — is a useful step. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we encourage you to use one of our account control tools or speak to a support resource.
Have you spent more money on gambling in the past month than you initially intended to?
Have you borrowed money or sold anything to fund your gambling in the past three months?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently when you are not betting — for example, planning your next session or replaying past bets?
Has anyone close to you expressed concern about the amount of time or money you spend gambling?
Have you tried to cut back or stop gambling and found it difficult to follow through?
Have you ever gambled to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or difficult personal circumstances?
Have you felt restless, irritable, or low when you try to reduce or stop gambling?
This self-assessment is for personal reflection only — it is not a clinical tool. If you are concerned, please contact Turbo6D support or one of the external resources listed below.

Age Protection
Turbo6D enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered users. This is not simply a legal formality — we believe that gambling platforms have a genuine responsibility to ensure that minors cannot access their services, and we invest in making sure our age verification process is robust.
Every account must complete KYC identity verification — including submission of a valid government-issued ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and a selfie-with-ID — before withdrawal access is granted. Our compliance team reviews all verification submissions manually.
Where an account is found to have been registered using false details to conceal underage access, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be handled according to our Terms & Conditions, and the case may be referred to relevant authorities.
If you share a device with younger family members, we strongly recommend using device-level parental controls or filtering software to prevent inadvertent access to gambling websites. You should also avoid saving your Turbo6D login credentials in shared browsers. Always log out of the Platform after each session on shared devices.
Practical Guide
Set a budget before you start. Decide on a fixed amount you are comfortable losing before you log in — and stick to it regardless of whether you are winning or losing.
Treat losses as the cost of entertainment. When you lose, treat it the same way you would a meal out or a cinema ticket — a price paid for an experience, not a debt to be recovered.
Take breaks and vary your activities. Healthy gambling is one activity among many. If your evenings revolve entirely around betting — Liga Super Malaysia every night, EPL every weekend — consider mixing in other activities.
Do not gamble when emotional. Avoid betting when stressed, upset, or under the influence of alcohol. These states compromise decision-making and are associated with riskier betting behaviour.
Review your history regularly. Use Turbo6D's account history feature to check your actual spending and net results over the past 30 days — at least once a month.
Ask for help early. If you notice warning signs in your behaviour, act early. Contacting support for a cooling-off period is far easier — and more effective — than waiting until the problem is severe.
Gambling is entertainment — keep it that way. Use our free tools to stay in control, and reach out to our support team any time, day or night.
